The Hurricanes have head-hunted the Crusaders and Canterbury assistant coach Jason Holland for next year's Super Rugby competition.

Holland, a former Manawatu, Taranaki and Munster midfielder, joins fellow assistant coach Scott Hansen in departing the Crusaders at the end of the season. Hansen is leaving for Leicester.
Jason Ryan, who has been Canterbury's scrum coach since 2012, has been promoted to an assistant coach role to replace Hansen for the ITM Cup team.
