NZ women's swim relay team come 4th

The New Zealand women's 4 x 200m freestyle relay team missed out on a bronze this morning at the Commonwealth Games.

Led by Lauren Boyle, the New Zealanders came fourth, but were nearly eight seconds off the pace set by Australia in a games record time of 7:49.90.

Elsewhere Glenn Snyders came 5th in the 100m breaststroke final, in a race won by England's Adam Peaty, who broke the Games record in the process with a time of 58.94.

Snyder came in at 1 minute 0.64
