Silver Ferns coach seeking edge over England

The New Zealand netball coach Ruth Aitken is looking to gain a pyschological edge over England when they meet in a one-off Test in Bath tomorrow morning.

The Silver Ferns lost to England in the inaugural Fast-net series last weekend and they've pushed New Zealand in Tests in recent years, winning two of their last four internationals.

With next year's Commonwealth Games in mind, Aitken says it's important for the Silver Ferns to show they can perform consistently at the top level.

The Silver Ferns also play Jamaica in two Tests in Kingston next week.
