Adam Gilchrist will join fellow great Shane Warne in an All-Star side to play against an Australian cricket team at the Gabba in Brisbane next month.
Gilchrist still plays for Indian provincial Twenty20 side Deccan Chargers and made 75 against Otago on Tuesday.
The All-Stars side will be led by Warne and includes fellow World Cup winners Glenn McGrath and Matthew Hayden.
The exhibition game under lights on November 22 will be a curtain-raiser for the Australian summer of international cricket, with the first Test against West Indies starting four days later at the Gabba.
