Parramatta star Fuifui Moimoi has been charged with a careless high tackle from last night's National Rugby League grand final loss to Melbourne but will escape a suspension to start next season.
The charge for a tackle early in the first half doesn't carry sufficient penalty points to bring a ban.
The Eels lost 23-16 but prop Moimoi had a huge game, scoring a strong, barging try and making several fearsome tackles.
