WADA shocked over new undetectable drug

The World Anti Doping Authority says it's shocked by claims that a new undetectable muscle growth drug has been offered for sole.

Full Size MGF is said to develop muscles at twice the natural rate and is undetectable to testers.

It was allegedly offered to an undercover German reporter for broadcaster WDR by a scientist from the Russian Academy of Sciences, who was told it'd would cost $160 000 to prepare an athlete for the Winter Olympics.

The WADA secretary general, New Zealander, David Howman says the situation is outrageous but not surprising.

New regulations allow doping control samples to be re-tested for up to 10 years, something that would allow new testing techniques to retrospectively catch drug cheats.
