Three changes to All Blacks Sevens side for Wellington

The All Blacks Sevens coach Gordon Tietjens has made three changes to the squad that lost the final of Las Vegas tournament, for this weekend's IRB world series round in Wellington.

Ben Lam comes back into the side for the first time this season having recovered from injury while also returning is veteran playmaker Tomasi Cama who has recovered from a calf injury.

The 18 year old Auckland forward Akira Ioane is fianlly set to make his sevens debut.

He was a late withdrawal from the Las Vegas squad after being unable to get the necessary travel documents in time.

Missing from that tournament is Sam Dickson who was suspended for nine games, Joe Webber and Mark Jackman.

South Africa, who won the Las Vegas tournament, lead the series with New Zealand second.

The squad is:

Tim Mikkelson, Lote Raikabula, Sherwin Stowers, George Tilsley.
