The sacked Wallabies winger Lote Tuqiri has flown to France for talks with cashed-up rugby sides Stade Francais and Bayonne.
Tuqiri has been linked with the Sydney Roosters and Wests Tigers league clubs, saying league is still very much an option, and he was only going to France to weigh up other possible opportunities.
Tuqiri has said in the past he's reluctant to uproot his young family from Sydney.
The 29-year-old was paid an undisclosed amount by the Australian rugby union four days ago, in an out of court settlement over his contract termination.
