The record breaking Super Maxi yacht Wild Oats XI has led the 94-strong Sydney to Hobart fleet out of Sydney Harbour on Boxing Day.
New Zealand Olympic sailors Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are on board different boats for a slightly different challenge in the great race.
Burling joins the crew of the New South Wales 50-footer Pretty Fly 3, while Tuke is on board the 100-foot cruiser Zefiro, from Cyprus.
