Three weeks after being overlooked for the Socceroos' coaching job, Graham Arnold is on the verge of quitting Central Coast Mariners to work in Asia.
The Mariners have said Arnold will this week meet officials from a "successful top-flight side", believed to be from Japan's J-League.
The Mariners have promoted assistant Phil Moss to head coach.
