A goal just minutes before full time has earnt the New Zealand women's football team a one-all draw against the world's top ranked side, the United States, in Columbus Ohio.
The Football Ferns, ranked 19th in the world, trailed one nil at halftime but striker Hannah Wilkinson scored the equaliser in the 87th minute of the match.
The New Zealand coach, Tony Readings says it was a much improved performance in the wake of their 4-1 loss to the United States earlier in the week in San Francisco.
He says while they stuck to the same game plan the players executed it much more effectively.
