The Sri Lankan A cricketers have beaten their New Zealand counterparts by 44 runs in the second one-dayer in Pallekele.
The locals made 291 for 9 and after rain changed the target to 241, New Zealand finished on 196 for 7 with the match decided on the Duckworth Lewis method.
Adam Milne took 5 wickets in the Sri Lankan innings, while Grant Elliott top scored with 63 in reply.
The series is now level at 1-all with the decider tomorrow night.
