Jose Mourinho has made his first signing since his reappointment as Chelsea football coach, reaching an agreement with Andre Schuerrle from the German club Bayer Leverkusen.
Schuerrle has been a long-term target for Chelsea since they won the Champions League last year and reports in Britain suggest the 22-year-old has been signed for around $35 million.
