Super Rugby newcomers the Southern Kings have signed Argentinian halfback Nicolas Vergallo and Blues utility back Hadleigh Parkes for the 2013 Super Rugby season.
The Kings have also signed hooker Bandise Maku from the Johannesburg-based Currie Cup team, the Golden Lions.
Vergallo plays for Toulouse in France and has been competing with Martin Landajo for the Pumas number nine jersey in the Rugby Championship.
Parkes can play fullback or centre while livewire Maku missed most of the last Super Rugby season due to injury.
Other signings include Sharks lock Steven Sykes, Stormers fly-half Demetri Catrakilis and Cheetahs centre Andries Strauss.
