Teneale Hatton has been added to the New Zealand Canoe Sprint team for the London Olympics.
Hatton, originally from Queenstown but now studying in Auckland, is the sixth member of the squad and will compete in the K1 500.
Hatton was named after convincing selectors she met the tough New Zealand Olympic selection criteria after positive performances on the European World Cup circuit.
