No deal has been reached in the latest round of negotiations between meatworkers and the company embroiled in a dispute at Marton.
The Meat Workers Union and ANZCO Foods, which owns the Canterbury Meat Packers lamb-processing plant in Marton, went back to the mediation table on Wednesday.
The new talks came five weeks after the company locked out 100 union members when discussions for a new collective contract broke down.
Meat Workers Union negotiator Roger Middlemass says no agreement was reached and the workers will meet again on Thursday to figure out their next move.
