Wool prices mostly held steady at this week's South Island wool sale.
Wool Services International says a slightly easier New Zealand dollar had little impact on the market.
Finer mid micron fleece rose by 6% to 8%.
Fine crossbred fleece and shears prices eased a little and coarse crossbred fleece was generally firm.
Shorter lambs' fleece was also up to 2% dearer.
About 80% of the offering of more than 7000 bales were sold.
