The Hawke's Bay Rural Support Trust has received an overwhelming number of offers, to help farmers hit by the worst storm they can remember.
Heavy rain a fortnight ago caused substantial damage to roads and more than 110 coastal farms in northern and central Hawke's Bay.
Trust co-ordinator Mike Barham says there have been calls from farmers, banks, fertiliser and machinery companies, rural servicing firms, young farmers, four-wheel-drive clubs and Napier Boys' High School.
Mr Barham says farmers should not be shy about accepting the offers.
He and two other co-ordinators will visit every affected farmer in Central Hawke's Bay by the end of next week to assess their needs.
