The last grand finalist in this year's national Young Farmer contest has been found, with an Ashburton farm manager winning the Aorangi regional final.
Twenty-five-year-old Will Grayling beat last year's grand finalist, Andrew Scott, at the Mackenzie A & P Showgrounds on Monday night.
He currently manages a 220ha dairy farm with 840 cows and three full-time staff.
Mr Grayling will join six other regional winners in competing for the national title in Masterton at the end of June.
