Judging has started for the New Zealand Share Farmer of the Year competition.
The eleven regional finalists who are sharemilkers, contract milkers or equity farm managers, will have two hours each to impress the judges.
The judging will end on 11 May, and the winner will be announced at the 2016 New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards national awards dinner in Wellington next weekend.
