The first two parts of a three-pronged Government inquiry into the Fonterra botulism scare are complete and will be released within two weeks.
The two reports relate to food safety and best practice in the dairy industry.
A separate compliance investigation by the Ministry for Primary Industries, is not yet complete.
The Government says this needs to be finished, before it can release the final part.
AAP reports the Government's response will be released with the reports.
In August, Fonterra announced a worldwide recall of some of its products, after testing revealed 38 tonnes of whey protein, which is used to make infant formula, were potentially contaminated with a botulism-causing bacteria.
Further testing showed the bacteria was not present and there was never a health risk.
AAP reports four separate inquiries were launched in the aftermath of the food safety scare.
