Former Green Party MP Sue Bradford has announced she will stand for the Mana Party in the Waitakere electorate at November's election.
The electorate is currently held for National by Social Development Minister Paula Bennett.
Ms Bradford has also been appointed Mana's spokesperson on housing and social well-being.
She says she's standing for Mana because it is staunch in its support for all low-paid workers and beneficiaries, and their children.
