Wong expected back at Parliament next week

8:42 pm on 17 November 2010

National Party senior whip Chris Tremain says he expects former Cabinet minister Pansy Wong to return to Parliament next Tuesday.

Mrs Wong resigned her portfolios last week following after admitting her husband had broken the rules on use of a subsidy for international travel.

The Botany MP is not returning phone calls and Prime Minister John Key says he has not spoken to her since Friday.

The only person from National who appears to be in regular contact with Mrs Wong is Mr Tremain.
