ACT leader to go on the road

ACT Party leader Rodney Hide says he will travel the country this year to explain his party's achievements, making it clear that people will need to support ACT if they want to lift the Government's performance.

Mr Hide says the party will also be focusing on how to distingush itself from National.

Some delegates and MPs voiced frustration at a conference in Wellington at the weekend over a lack of progress by the party, despite its supply and confidence deal with National.

But Mr Hide says ACT has worked hard to get its policies through over the past 12 months.
