Murkiness still surrounds the business interests of Internal Affairs Minister Richard Worth, says the Labour Party.
Dr Worth has been reprimanded for travelling to India last month in the capacity of a private citizen but commenting as a government minister.
Since his censure, he has resigned as director and shareholder of New Zealand Aviation, chairman of the India Trade Group and director of the Indian Overseas Group.
But on Thursday he admitted he still owned 5,000 shares in WSD Global Markets, which trades in India.
He says the shares are held by his family trust and are in the process of being sold.
Labour MP Pete Hodgson says the perception of a conflict of interest remains.
Mr Hodgson says Dr Worth has misjudged the gravity of the situation surrounding him, saying one thing but doing another and acting as though the Cabinet manual rules do not apply to him.
A spokesperson for Prime Minister John Key says he has no comment to make about Thursday's revelations.
