The cast off Prime Minister John Key's broken arm has raised over $18,000 for charity.
It's been up for auction on Trade Me and the website says it attracted a near record number of visitors.
The cast was finally sold for $18,500.10, with the money going to the Fred Hollows Foundation which is seeking to tackle blindness amongst people in Pacific islands.
The only auction to attract more visitors was one involving a handbag used by former All Black captain Tana Umaga to break up a scuffle in a pub.
