Businessman Alan Gibbs has donated another $100,000 to the ACT Party.
The donation was made the day before the election and has been disclosed under the Electoral Finance Act.
It is the second donation by Mr Gibbs to ACT; he made an earlier payment of $100,000 in April.
ACT also received a $100,000 donation from John Boscawen in September. Mr Boscawen is now an ACT MP.
