The Welsh Rugby Union says the Pike River tragedy has touched a nerve with everyone in Wales.

A minute's silence will be observed before the All Blacks play Wales at the Millennium stadium in Cardiff on Saturday.

The All Blacks will wear white arms bands during the match.

Welsh Rugby Union chief executive Roger Lewis told Morning Report that collection for Greymouth will be held among the crowd of 74,000.

Mr Lewis said a specially carved Welsh lovespoon will also be presented to New Zealand Rugby Union officials to be taken back to the people of Greymouth.
