An autistic boy who went missing in Christchurch on Wednesday afternoon has been found.
Andrew McKenzie, 14, went missing from the Linwood area.
A police patrol found him walking along the street in the western suburb of Ilam in Christchurch about 1.40am on Thursday.
The boy was being returned to his family.
