Auckland Transport says there is a slight delay for people travelling by train on Friday afternoon, following a fire on the tracks.
The Fire Service had asked for trains running through Parnell to be cancelled for a short time while the fire - near Carlaw Park Avenue - was put out.
A spokesperson for Auckland Transport, Sharon Hunter, says the line has reopened but passengers can expect a 10-minute delay across the entire network.
