The man behind the controversial Auckland Boobs on Bikes parades has been fined $5000 for operating a company when banned from doing so.
Steve Crow has pleaded guilty in the North Shore District Court to a charge of being involved in the management of a company while being a person prohibited from being a director.
Last year he was banned from being a director of four companies for a period of four years.
The Ministry of Economic Development took the case against Mr Crow when he was found to be operating another company, Eden Digital Limited.
The Ministry says Mr Crow should not be involved in the running of any business while the ban is in place.
