Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is set to face questions about the Moa Point sewage spill after the weekly Cabinet meeting.
Luxon and Local Government Minister Simon Watts are expected to meet with Wellington's mayor Andrew Little this evening.
About 70 million litres of sewage a day continues spilling from the treatment plant.

Wellington Water's chief executive Pat Dougherty this morning said he was expecting Wellington's south coast to remain unsafe for swimming for months.
