A man facing charges in relation to historic sexual offending at Dilworth School in Auckland has been granted interim name suppression.
The 72-year-old man appeared in Auckland District Court Wednesday morning, charged with three counts of committing an indecent act on a boy aged between 12 to 16 from 1974 and 1975.
A number of former staff at the school have been imprisoned after students were found to have been abused between 1950 and 2005.
The man is due to reappear next month.
