The death of a woman on the Kāpiti Coast is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Kāpiti-Mana Area Commander, Inspector Renée Perkins, said her death had been referred to the Coroner.
Police were called to the Chums Road address in the town of Paraparaumu at around 9.50pm on Tuesday, where a woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Charges against a man of assault and breach of protection order had been dismissed at Porirua District Court on Thursday.
