A power outage is causing disruption in the Auckland suburb of Māngere Bridge.
Vector's outage map shows it is affecting up to 20 streets around the main commercial area of Coronation Road.
Electrical crews are on site trying to fix the fault which has affected businesses and homes.
A Vector spokesperson said a cable fault was to blame and he expected electricity to be restored this afternoon.
"We've been able to restore power progressively to homes and businesses in the area, and our remaining customers without power can expect theirs to come back on around 2pm, provided no further damage is discovered."
Earlier today, there were reports that businesses weren't able to operate and a day care was having to close.
However, a spokesperson for one business said while the power was cut for a short time it was now back on.
The police and Fire and Emergency say the outage has not resulted in any callouts so far.
