Takanini Hospice's distribution centre burnt down overnight, the organisation said.
Fire and Emergency were called to fire at a two-storey commercial premise in Takanini at 12.30am on Tuesday.
At the fire's peak 28 crew and seven fire trucks were at the scene.
The blaze took two hours to put out.
Fire crews have left and a fire investigator was at the site.
