A batch of Fruitae brand Lemon Sorbet has been recalled because it may contain an undeclared allergen.
The sorbet is sold in supermarkets and other retail outlets throughout the country.
Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) says it should not be eaten by people with a milk allergy or intolerance.
"If you have consumed any of this product and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice. If you are not allergic or intolerant to milk, this recall does not affect you."
The recall is specifically for the lemon sorbet flavour with a date marking of 10.12.2026.
