Multiple fire crews have raced to a three-storey house on fire in the Auckland suburb of Sandringham.
Fire and Emergency (FENZ) said it received numerous calls at about 9.45am on Wednesday.
The first crews arriving at the Mt Albert Road address found the ground floor well ablaze.
FENZ said shortly after 10am the fire was not yet contained, but everyone had been accounted for and the home evacuated.
