Fire and Emergency says an investigator will be on site today following a fire at a West Auckland laundromat on Friday night.
The blaze at a two-storey laundromat in Henderson started just after 9pm and was put out about an hour later.
Northern Fire Communications shift manager Michael Anderson said 21 fire trucks, including three ladder trucks and specialist vehicles responded.
He said one truck remained overnight to monitor any hotspots.
Meanwhile, a fire investigator would also look into the cause of a fire at an Ōtāhuhu panel beaters last night.
Eleven crews were called to the single-storey building just before 6.30pm and found the building engulfed in flames.
He said it was put out within two hours but a crew was on site until 2am.
