A 50-year-old man has been charged with murder after a woman was found dead in Waiuku, south of Auckland, last month.
Police found the body of 54-year-old woman Judith Cunniffe in a car on the 11th of April.
The man was initially arrested for assault, but police have now charged him with murder.
He is set to appear at the Pukekohe District Court on Wednesday.
