A body has been found amid a search for a missing 44-year-old man around Whangamatā Harbour.
Police had been looking for Jarrod Kingi, who was last seen on Friday, leaving a an address on Tobie Place in Whangamatā.
On Thursday, police said a member of the public had found a body in the morning.
While the body had not been formally identified, Sergeant Will Hamilton said it was believed to be Kingi.
"Police extend our condolences to the man's family and friends."
