A missing man last seen in Horowhenua could be as far as away as Auckland, police said on Tuesday evening.
Gary Ingram, 45, has been reported missing. He was last seen near Horowhenua College, Levin, at 8.40am on Tuesday, police said, "but could be in the Muriwai or Turangi area".
His family were concerned for his wellbeing.
Muriwai is a coastal area in Auckland's west. Turangi is just south of Lake Taupō.
Police said he was likely wearing cargo shorts, a T-shirt and a hoodie.
Sightings of Ingram or his orange 2014 Holden Barina hatchback, registration HUJ366, should be reported to 111, quoting file number 240305/3673.
