Six young people have been arrested for driving stolen vehicles in Auckland.
Police say youth, aged between 12 and 15, were seen driving two vehicles through Manukau about 4am.
Police followed the drivers to Wiri, where the stolen vehicles were abandoned and the youths fled on foot.
They were found hiding nearby by the police Eagle Helicopter and were arrested.
One has been charged with stealing a vehicle, the others referred to youth aid.
