One child remains in a critical condition after being injured in a Te Kuiti driveway.
A police spokesperson says emergency services responded to the incident that involved a vehicle in Alisa Street, at 4.50pm on Wednesday.
Two young children were injured and transported to hospital, one in a critical condition and another in a serious condition.
The child in a serious condition has since stabilised and has minor injuries while the other remains critical.
A scene examination has taken place and the Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
