A 41-year-old man has been arrested after two people were seriously injured after being stabbed in Northland.
Officers went to a property in Ngawhitu Road in the town of Moerewa, 5km west of Kawakawa, about 3.30pm today.
Two men were discovered with serious injuries. They were both taken to hospital in a serious condition.
The arrested man has been charged with two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Kaikohe District Court tomorrow.
