Inquiries underway after person dies in workplace incident

A person has died after a workplace incident in Jacks Point this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Homestead Bay Road near Queenstown shortly before 3pm today.

Police said WorkSafe has been notified and inquiries are ongoing.
