A man has been charged after a hit-and-run incident in Taranaki last year.
A pedestrian was left critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Broadway in Stratford on 26 May, 2022.
A 38-year-old Stratford man was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with careless driving causing injury, as well as failing to stop and ascertain injury.
He is set to appear in Hāwera District Court on 13 January.
