The death of a 50-year-old man in Auckland last week is now being treated as a homicide.

Kevin Patrick Hay died outside a house in Ocean View Road, Northcote.
Police were called to the address shortly after 10pm last Tuesday.
The man died at the scene.
Police said they believed it to be an isolated incident and did not believe there was a wider risk to the public.
