Two people are due to appear in court tomorrow charged with the murder of 51-year-old Tauranga man Mitchell Te Kani.
Te Kani died at his house in Maungatapu on 14 May.

The man and woman have previously been charged with aggravated burglary relating to an incident at the same address earlier that night.
The pair, who are both 40, will appear in Tauranga District Court tomorrow.
They will also face charges of assault of other people who were at the address on the night of the murder.
Police said the homicide investigation was continuing and they cannot rule out further arrests.
