RNZ has finalists in several categories of the annual Voyager Media Awards - including best website and reporter of the year.

Finalists were announced today with RNZ's app being chosen for news app of the year while its website (rnz.co.nz) is in the website of the year category.
Guyon Espiner and Te Aniwa Hurihanganui (who has since joined TVNZ) are among contenders to be named as the country's top journalist.
Hurihanganui has made two other category finals - best individual investigation for her work on police using an app to photograph innocent youths and best reporting of Māori affairs.
Espiner is a best feature writing finalist - crime and justice for his work on the police shooting of Shargin Stephens.
Executive editor in-depth Veronica Schmidt is in the running for two awards - editorial leader of the year and best feature writing - crime and justice, for her story How a pervert became CEO of a crown entity.
Anusha Bradley is a finalist in the best feature writing - social issues, including health and education for a feature on women's struggle to get treatment covered by ACC after suffering perineal tears.
Naomi Arnold and Guyon Espiner are finalists in the feature writer of the year long-form category.

- Best podcast - narrative/serial: Tim Watkin, Liz Garton, Joseph Stockhausen, Pauline Stockhausen, Hamish Coleman-Ross, Ian Havill, Flo Wilson - Let's Be TRANSparent
There were almost 1400 entries across 60 categories for this year's Voyager media awards.
Winners will be announced in Auckland on 20 August.
